as you’re trying to figure out the best way to implement cash handouts to EU citizens – here comes:
- Request a commercial bank to open a ”withdraw only” bank account for all social security numbers in Europe
- Deposit 10 euros of ”fresh of the ECB e-printing press money” per day for each of those accounts per day
- Cap these accounts to a maximum of 500 e
- Ask governments to figure out how to distribute the e-banking access credentials to their citizens
The benefit of this approach is that you have a method which you can adjust based on the demand, either by increasing or decreasing the daily amount and/or the cap.
You can also monitor how many of the accounts are constantly empty (the money infusion is indeed needed) and which are only emptied when they are full (money infusion is not necessary, but only nice to have).
You will also see which countries have failed to provide the credentials to their citizens by accounts which ”overflow” (no withdrawals after the cap is met).
