New Kind of Space Explosion Reveals the Birth of a Black Hole

A supernova-like explosion dubbed the Camel appears to be the result of a newborn black hole eating a star from the inside out.

”The new explosion, illustrated here, is bluer than an ordinary supernova and more than 100 times as bright.”

”The short-lived event — known as a transient — defied explanation. Some thought it might be a star being torn apart by a nearby black hole, but others favored a “failed supernova” scenario, where a black hole quite literally eats a star from the inside out. To find out for sure, they needed to find more Cow-like events.”

So what’s going to explode?

First there is supposedly a failed supernova and then the so-called a black hole supposedly eats stars out of the middle.

Well, if there were black holes, then one could push into the center of the star, etc.

But where does this 100 times brighter explosion than ordinary supernovae?

Wouldn’t you have just noticed a supernova explosion of a black star expanding in space?

After all, a dark expanding substance would explode / expand a lot and into a rapidly detectable expanding substance, and so on.

Mikäs siinä sitten räjähtää?

Ensin on muka epäonnistunut supernova ja sitten ns. musta aukko muka syö tähteä keskeltä ulos päin.

No jos mustia aukkoja olisi, niin voisihan sellainen työntyä tähden keskustaan jne.

Mutta mistä tämä 100 kertaa tavallisia supernovia kirkkaampi räjähdys?

Etteivät vaan olisi havainneet avaruudessa laajenevan mustan tähden supernovaräjähdystä?

Siinähän pimeää laajenevaa ainetta räjähtäisi / laajenisi paljon ja nopeasti havaittavaksi laajenevaksi aineeksi jne.
